Old Fashioned Classic Cocktail

Ingredients

1.0 tspn sugar (or 2.0 tspn simple syrup)

2-3 dashes of angostura bitters

1.0 tspn water

2.5 oz bourbon or whiskey

Orange twist and cherry for garnish.

Directions

Add the sugar or simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved or simple syrup is blended.

Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add premium bourbon or whiskey, and gently stir to combine.

Express the oil of an orange twist while holding it over the glass, then drop it into the glass as a traditional garnish.

Add cherry on top.
