Terms and Conditions

COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB is a rewards program offered by Colonial Wine and Spirits Inc,® for Colonial Wine and Spirits Customers. For purposes of these rules and regulations (hereinafter "program rules" or "rules") of Membership, the terms "Colonial Wine and Spirits ®," "we," "us,"  "our", and CWS refer to Colonial Wine and Spirits Inc., and the term "the program" refers to the COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB. The terms "Member," "Members," "you," and "“your" apply to you as a Member of COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB; the term "account" refers to your COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB Membership account; and the term "points" refers to your COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB Points.

Colonial Wine and Spirits Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and/or program rules at any time without notice. Colonial Wine and Spirits Inc. reserves the right to end the program without notice. Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points and rewards. By enrolling and/or participating in COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB,  you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Colonial Wine and Spirits is not responsible for unauthorized access to a Member’s account and will not replace stolen points.

Membership

Membership in the COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB will be granted by Colonial Wine and Spirits and is for individual members only.  Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine points with other Members.

Member is limited to one account. A Member must provide their legal name matching their government issued photo identification, phone number, valid email address, and MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER to participate.

Member is responsible for notifying Colonial Wine and Spirits immediately of any change of name, email address, or phone number.

Points do not expire. Should a Member close their account, the points in the account will be forfeited. Accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered as dormant accounts and will be deactivated from the database without notice. Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customerservice@colonial-liquor.com

All account activity and accounts in the COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB are subject to review and adjustment by Colonial Wine and Spirits at any time and without notice to the Member to ensure compliance with applicable rules. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of applicable rules, including, but not limited to, the program rules, NYS liquor authority rules and regulations, physical, verbal or written abuse of Colonial Wine and Spirits property and or/personnel at our sole/absolute discretion, may result in (a) cancellation of the Member's account  (b) forfeiture of (1) accrued points in the Member’s account, (2) A rewards or promotional incentives, and/or (c) a delay or suspension of the processing of points and reporting and the redemption of points, status benefits, rewards and promotional incentives.

Earning COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB Points

Points can be earned from qualifying purchases of 1 point per $1.00 spent.  Points are earned only purchased that is paid with dollars.  Qualifying points exclude reward redemptions. Rules and regulations regarding transactions with our COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB may apply, including, without limitation, adjustments for returns with respect to qualifying purchases and engaging in a pattern of returning products after points have been credited to an account.

To earn points for each Qualifying Reward, Member must provide their phone number associated with COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB prior to making qualifying purchase.

Member who fails to provide their phone number can request points for past Qualifying purchases for up to 30 days after their Qualifying purchase by emailing customerservice@colonial-liquor.com and have proper proof of purchase.

Reward redemption purchases are not eligible for earning points.

Redeeming Rapid Rewards Points

Points can be redeemed by providing phone number and photo identification of matching account holder.

Points can be redeemed in increments of $5.00 for which 500 points is deducted from members accounts. Minimum purchase of $10 is required to redeem rewards in any transaction. 500 points for redemption must be earned prior to purchase for which reward is being applied. Maximum redemption is $100 or 10,000 points in a transaction.

Point/Rewards may not be redeemed towards gift card purchases.

Points/Rewards have no cash value, and no cash back will be issued for any unused reward points. Points/Rewards are void if sold, purchased, brokered or bartered.  In addition, such actions may result in the termination of the Member's account and points may be forfeited, regardless of whether or not  the transaction is completed. 

By enrolling in the COLONIAL CORK & CASK CLUB, you acknowledge that:

The program is not mandatory in order to purchase product at Colonial Wine and Spirits.

All transactions and activities relating to the program will be deemed to take place in NYS.

All monetary amounts relating to such transactions will only be expressed and processed in USD.

Copy of the Terms and Conditions may be found on https://colonial-liquor.com and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. 

Present and Future Employees of Colonial Wine and Spirits or any affiliated company are not eligible.

NO TRIAL BY JURY:

YOU WAIVE A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING BETWEEN YOU AND COLONIAL WINE AND SPIRITS ARISING OUT OF AND/OR RELATING TO THIS PROGRAM.

NO CLASS ACTIONS:

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE DISPUTES ON A CLASS-WIDE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF AND/OR RELATING TO THIS PROGRAM MAY BE JOINED WITH A CLAIM OR DISPUTE OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, AND YOU MAY NOT ASSERT A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF ANYONE ELSE IN ANY LAWSUIT OR OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDING.
