French 75 Cocktail

Ingredients

2.0 oz Sparkling wine, Prosecco, or Champagne

1.0 oz Gin

0.5 oz Simple syrup

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

Lemon twist for garnish

Directions

Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a Champagne flute.

Top with the Champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling wine of choice.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
